Ingredients

  • Puff Puff dough - 250 g;
  • curd - 150 g;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs and sugar - are components of our fillings.

2. Stuffing mix well - it must have a cream base.

3. The dough is cut into 4 equal parts. In two of them cut a circle in the usual glass.

4. On the square lay out a square with a circle cut. Edges slightly pinch, that the filling does not leak.

5. The deepening of the filling place. Coat with beaten egg yolk on top of the dough with milk. Ship in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

6. Bake cheesecake puff 20 minutes.
