Ingredients
- on dried fruit compote - 300 ml;
- agar - 3.5 t.
Compote I was cooking at home dried fruits: apples and chokeberry. Sugar is already added to the drink, so part of it is not included.
Cooking method
1️⃣ Measure out 3.5 gram agar-agar, in my case is half of the bag and fill it with 100 ml of cold compote.
2️⃣ Waiting for 20 minutes. At this time, a heated on the stove has a glass compote.
3️⃣ After 20 minutes, the mixture of cold compote and agar plate and ship to warm up, waiting for complete dissolution. Mix compote and hot freshly boiled mixture.
