- buns - 3 pcs;
- minced fish - 200 grams;
- Onion - 50g;
- tomato - 50 g;
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l .;
- lettuce - 3 pcs;
- spices - to taste;
- Vegetable oil - for frying.
Cooking method
1️⃣ Minced fish, as you can understand, home. It is made from a pike, and thus holds its shape perfectly, without requiring any special maneuvers. Mince the pike is excellent for cooking the flat, large-diameter meatballs that are usually taken for preparation of fish burgers.
2️⃣ Now add the onions - it will make the stuffing more sweet, give it flavor and juiciness. Scroll it in a meat grinder. Also, do not forget to add spices.
3️⃣ We form round balls, spread on a pan and using a conventional plate is flattened to form the necessary size patties. Fry on both sides until cooked.
4️⃣ Now take a large tomato, to match the size of our burgers. Thinly sliced. It needs 6 thin slices - 2 per fishburger.
5️⃣ buns cut into two parts, slightly dried on a dry frying pan, then coat with mayonnaise.
