Sunday morning - the perfect time for home fritters. However, today we are going to cook for breakfast not the usual pancakes and oatmeal. Believe me, they turn out very tasty!

Ingredients
- oat flakes - 1.5 v;
- Wheat flour - 1 tablespoon;
- kefir - Article 2;
- egg - 1 pc;
- sugar - 75 grams;
- disintegrant - 1 hr. l .;
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Cooking method
1️⃣ Oat flakes crushed by the blender. The level of grinding, you can choose any, I decided to grind to a fine.
The ground oatmeal 2️⃣ fill kefir room temperature and left for 15-20 minutes for swelling.

4️⃣ Add the vegetable oil. Take all the specified amount, but the stock is still a small amount of cooking.

6️⃣ Knead the dough by combining flour and liquid mixture.
7️⃣ And here it is: the dough for the oat pancakes - it is quite thick, so it should ramp up slowly with a spoon.
8️⃣ As usual scheme spread a tablespoon of dough on a hot frying pan with oil.
