Fish - it's my passion. Salted, dried, fried and, of course, fresh. Fresh carp, for example, can be cooked tasty second dish, which will include both the garnish. What we are going to do today!

Ingredients

  • carp - 2 pcs;
  • potatoes - 600 g;
  • Mayonnaise - 100 g;
  • dill - 50 g;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • spices for fish - 2 hours. l .;
  • black pepper - 2 hours. l .;
  • salt - to taste.

Cooking method

I'll note that the fish cleaning process I will not show, but it is required: remove scales, entrails, gills of carp wash under running water. Clean fish - a pledge of clean taste.

1️⃣ Prepare sauce / marinade by mixing mayonnaise, chopped dill and spices.

2️⃣ Half sauce spread to the sliced ​​potatoes. There also add vegetable oil and mix.

Potatoes 3️⃣ spread on a bottom of the mold for baking, pre-lay her parchment.

4️⃣ Cleaned carp (remember that we have two) evenly coat with the sauce. Leave for 10 minutes to soak a little bit.

5️⃣ Karas spread on a potato. Put the baking dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

6️⃣ baking time 30-40 minutes. But I recommend to evenly golden brown 15-20 minutes to remove the form from the oven in order to turn the fish.

7️⃣ Serve carp with potato and fresh herbs.
