Pancake - not quite the usual meal for us. However, such a lush pancakes go great for breakfast. And to make them even tastier and healthier, we cook them with banana and gluten-free.

To prepare Pancake take:

  • banana - 1 pc;
  • rice flour - 150 g;
  • milk - 140 g;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • honey - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • disintegrant - 1 hr. l .;
  • vegetable oil - 40 ml.

How to bake banana Pancake:

1. Banana mash into a puree using a conventional plug.

2. Divide the banana to the egg mix.

3. Add the honey and warm milk. Stir.

4. Introduce oil.

5. Add the baking powder.

6. And after just add flour. Stir.

7. We get dough, which at the density is the same as the test for pancakes.

8. Pancake Fry on a dry frying pan, because there is already a test oil.

9. When the lower part of the Pancake grabs, and the pancake is covered with bubbles, turn over and fry for two minutes on the second side.
