In Ukraine since January 1, 2022 plans to launch a scheduled inspection of cars again. The Ministry of Infrastructure has prepared a draft law, which is put up for discussion.

In 2011, the inspection was canceled, now the authorities want to return again scheduled inspection. The draft law states that the inspection must be conducted on Autoexpert accredited stations. After inspection, motorists blown certificate, which will indicate the state of the vehicle. This certificate will be binding instrument driver, without which, not allowed to move the vehicle.
While there is no complete list of what needs to be subjected to examination. At present, we know that will be subject to inspection: exterior lights, tires and wheels, glass, brake system and steering system, and more.
According to the draft law, every automobile owner is required to be inspected annually. Also, regardless of the date of the last inspection, checking the status of vehicle should be carried out registration or re-registration of cars, his conversion, a change of ownership, as well as in the case of the car leaving for from Ukraine.
This project provided penalties. If the driver is not a certificate of technical inspection, he must pay a fine of 1 700 hryvnia. Also, they will be punished and Autoexpert. For violation of checking cars, the penalty will be from 2550 to 3400 hryvnia.
