In March this year the Verkhovna Rada adopted the law on concession roads "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine in the sphere of construction and operation of highways."
In our country will begin to build quality, but toll highway at the expense of investors, as in Ukraine there are no resources for the construction of new roads.
Slawomir Nowak, the acting head of "Ukravtodor" said that the first toll highway to be built - it's M-10 Lions-Krakrvets and M-05 Kyiv-White Church. Approximate cost travel on toll road It would be about 250 USD.
Investors will return the funds through the collection of tolls for access and operation of road service, roadside infrastructure, advertising, logistics centers and modern communication lines along road.
