The Ministry of Health has prepared a resolution, which concerns drivers. Soon, all motorists will be required to undergo regular medical check-up. Also expanded the list of diseases in which the driver would prohibit drive.
If the proposal comes out on the legislative level, even people with scoliosis can not ride behind the wheel.
This bill is still in the finalization of the officials. If the law comes into force, many drivers will face great challenges.
The list of diseases, the presence of which is impossible to operate a vehicle is listed in the decree. For example, hernia, poor hearing, scoliosis, high pressure, endocrine and cardiovascular diseases, etc.
Also want to introduce a mandatory annual medical check-up for motorists who have certain diseases, such as heart-related. This is to ensure that doctors can keep track of time the state of the driver and prohibit get behind the wheel if necessary.
The practice regarding the medical examination and the drivers, there are in many countries of the world. Therefore, for road safety and the Ministry of Health wants to lead this innovation in Ukraine.
