- For control of the vehicle in a condition of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication and also under the influence of drugs that reduce the attention and speed of reaction: Article 130 KUoAP. Deprivation of rights for a period of 1 year to 10 years.
After the expiration of his sentence, the driver can get his ID in the service center of the MVD.
