What are the penalties
According svezhepodpisanny laws, violation of the rules of travel of oversized and heavy vehicles highways, streets or railway crossings entails imposition of a fine:
- at the rate of 500 non-taxable minimum income citizens - in the case of exceeding prescribed dimensions and weight standards from 5% to 10%.
- in case of excess dimensions and weight standards from 10% to 20% fined 1000 untaxed minimum incomes.
- exceeding the dimensions and weight standards by more than 20% provides for a fine of 2000 untaxed minimum incomes.
The Budget Code of Ukraine secured the direction of the activities financed from the State Road Fund, including 50% of the proceeds from administrative and economic penalties for violation of road transport in excess of the legislation established by the legislation the dimensions and weight standards and 50% - of the administrative penalties for violation of rules of passing of oversized and heavy vehicle roads, streets or railroad crossings.
