The doctor called a remedy that will protect against both flu and covid

Coronavirus is raging in Ukraine. More than 20,000 cases are recorded every day. A new wave has begun. The situation is aggravated by the fact that the flu has raised its head. Increasingly, new cases of influenza are now being detected thanks to tests. Alas, some of us generally “win bingo”: we get infected with both the coronavirus and the flu at the same time. Such a mixture has already received the name "flurona" - from the English word flu (flu) and from the slang word "crown".

For all three of these diseases, according to Ministry of Health, are characteristic:

• heat,
• body aches,
• muscle pain,
• headache,
• cough,
• runny nose,
• strong feeling of tiredness.

Doctor-therapist of the highest category, professor of the Department of Therapy of the Ukrainian Military Medical Academy Maryana Selyuk said that there is a medicinal active substance that fights very effectively against all strains of influenza and partly against covid-19, and therefore against fluron. It's called faripiravir. Please note that this is the name of the active substance. It can be in medicines with different commercial names.

Maryana Selyuk emphasizes that it is important to take faripiravir in the first 5 days from the onset of the disease. Therefore, it is not advisable to accept it. It has been proven that taking it protects against the severe course of the disease and from serious complications.

So now in your first-aid kit you should definitely have home rapid tests to determine both the flu and the coronavirus. As well as drugs that contain faripiravir in their composition.
