The doctor named the common consequences of COVID-19

According to the chief physician of the Lviv Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital Serhiy Fedorenko, patients who have recovered coronavirus, often suffer from a lack of smell and taste, some have myocarditis, as well as asthenic syndrome.

The latter is characterized by a lack of strength, depressive moments, and a lack of taste for life.

Among the frequent consequences, we see a loss of smell and scent for several months. There have been patients who have experienced problems with this for 4-5 months after they recovered. And only then do these sensations begin to return.

The physician added that the coronavirus leads to faster fatigue, from the side of the cardiovascular system, a complication can manifest itself in the form of myocarditis (lasting up to 2-5 months).
