It turned out that not only children, but also pregnant and lactating mothers cannot get vaccinated in Ukraine.
Ryzhenko stressed that patients are most often interested in contraindications.
There are six main ones:
1. Hypersensitivity to any component of the vaccine.
2. Severe allergic reactions in the past.
3. Acute infectious and non-infectious diseases, including coronavirus.
4. Exacerbation of chronic diseases.
First, you need to wait for remission, then wait another 2 to 4 weeks, only then go to the doctor for vaccination.
5. Pregnancy and the period of breastfeeding.6. Age under 18.
The doctor also stressed that before vaccination, the patient does not need to do an antibody test. However, if he had had a coronavirus or, for example, had close contact with infected people and could have been ill without symptoms, then vaccination is not needed.
