Scientists have deduced the perfect schedule for children under 13, which will allow them to maintain health at an older age. It is up to this age that bones are mainly formed. Just eating right and moving a lot is not enough, you need a balance of sedentary and active activities. The ideal day for a child of 11-13 years old, according to experts, looks like this:
  • 11 hours of sleep
  • 90 minutes of sports
  • 3.5 hours of games and housework
  • 8 hours of sedentary lessons

To come to such conclusions, an experiment was conducted with 800 children, during which the density and geometry of bones were recorded in order to understand how healthy the child's skeleton would be. In particular, scientists have found that modern children sleep too little, especially boys. For them, a sleep of at least 11 hours is important for a full recovery.

By 8 hours of sedentary classes were attributed both classes at school, and the way back and forth, homework.

Physical activity should also not be too much - no more than 1.5 hours a day of active games and sports. Household help, creativity, less active games should take about 3.5 hours a day.

Scientists believe that it is this balanced routine that will protect the child from osteoporosis in the future. At the same time, 9 hours of sleep is enough for girls.
