Pathology can occur in patients who have experienced inflammation or operations, while, as a rule, before that they had no difficulties with self-conception. In this case, women are offered surgical intervention that restores reproductive function.

2. Pathologies inside the uterus

Over the years, fibroids and adhesions can occur in the uterus, sometimes an inflammatory process in the endometrium develops.

All this negatively affects the ability to attach to the wall of the uterus for the embryo, after which pregnancy begins.

3. Endocrine factor

Sometimes problems with conception are associated with the inability of the egg to mature and leave the follicle - and this is a prerequisite.

Among the reasons for this pathology, doctors call a decrease in the sensitivity of the ovaries to sex hormones, dysfunction of the thyroid gland, and excessive production of androgens. In any of these cases, the woman will have to undergo conservative hormonal treatment.
