According to psychologists, the better a child's coordination is, the faster mental abilities develop.
What coordination exercises develop intelligence:
1. Stand straight. Lift your right knee and touch it with your left elbow, then vice versa - touch your right elbow with your left knee. Will repeat 10-15 times. Then we start the right leg back, we try to hold the foot of the right leg with our left hand, then we hold the foot of the left leg with our right hand.
2. Stand straight, lunge forward with your right foot, the left stands behind on the toe. Do light bouncing squats on your supporting leg. If it is difficult to maintain balance, you can rest your hand on the back of the chair.
3. Raise your right hand up, take it with your left hand and point it in different directions: forward, down, left, right. Then change hands: left up, and with the right, control it.
4. Sit on the floor, wrap your hands around your knees, round your back. Sway back and forth, to the sides, trying not to fall over.5. Grasp your right ear with your left hand and your nose with your right hand. Loan clap your hands and swap hands: with your right hand grab your left ear, with your left hand, your nose. Repeat 10-15 times, trying to do it quickly.
6. Take a sheet of paper with two pencils - one in each hand. Try with both hands at the same time to draw the same or different shapes, letters, numbers.
