Happy and Unlucky Songs for First Wedding Dance: Named Track That Leads to Divorce

Choosing a song for the first dance as husband and wife is a responsible procedure. Recently, researchers decided to find out if there are songs, after choosing which couples diverged more often.

To understand what compositions are popular in different countries of the world, scientists surveyed 5544 person, everyone was asked two identical questions, about the song chosen for the first dance at the wedding, and the family position.

It turned out that most often newlyweds dance to Elvis Presley's song Can not Help Falling in Love, it was chosen by 10, 4% of respondents. Elton John's song Can You Feel the Love Tonight was recognized as the happiest composition; 77% of the respondents who danced to it are still married.

The Disney wedding track turned out to be quite happy - about 70% are still together.

And the most unlucky song for the first wedding dance was officially recognized as Little Things by One Direction. Among the respondents who chose her for a solemn moment at a wedding ceremony, 75% eventually divorced.
