School 2020: how will our children learn from September 1?

Recommendations apply to kindergartens, schools, colleges and universities in Ukraine. They can be revised if the epidemic situation improves significantly or becomes more tense.

Will you have to wear masks and respirators in class?

Masks and respirators are required at the entrance to the school, as well as at breaks and other times when students will move around the school premises. Masks may not be worn in class, but the administration has the right to require this.

Parents and accompanying persons are prohibited from entering the school 

Only accompanying persons of children with disabilities will be able to enter the school.

Inlet temperature screening

It is compulsory to measure the temperature for all school employees; temperature measurement and students are optional.

• Physical education in the warm season is carried out in the fresh air.

The school should ensure that there are antiseptics inside, places to dispose of used masks and sanitary rooms equipped with sanitizers, paper towels or hand dryers.

After each session, the class must be ventilated for 10 minutes.
