1. Make costumes

An important condition is that the decor must be safe for the child and the whole family, which means it must be age appropriate.
You can hang garlands around the house, paint mirrors with paints, thematically decorate a Christmas tree, and together make postcards with wishes.
3. Connect creativity
The traditional rhyme under the Christmas tree will not sound without proper motivation. Kids are unlikely to recite poems on a stool in front of mom and dad.
But they can be motivated by the fact that a Christmas tree toy - a bunny, a squirrel or another animal - reveals its secret in exchange for a rhyme. In practice, this means several small sweet surprises that should be prepared in advance and handed over to the verses recited.4. Contests with the symbol of the year
The symbol of 2021 is the bull. You can play a game when each one in turn names cartoons, films, books or fairy tales, where the bull was featured. Whoever names the most gets the sweet prize.
5. New Year's quest
To do this, you need to come up with a chain of interesting tasks, completing which the child with your help will find new clues. In the end, they should lead to a small but pleasant gift.
6. Come up with a family New Year tradition
If it takes root and will be repeated from year to year, the child will remember the warmth and joyful feelings from the joint action for life. A tradition can be joint baking of cookies, drawing up a list of wishes for the New Year (not only material ones), in snowy weather - a trip to the forest and making a snowman.
7. Arrange an online call to Santa Claus
There are special paid services for this, you can also persuade friends or relatives who have a Santa Claus costume. At a certain time, you will call them via video link, and the child will receive his magical congratulations.
You can cheat a little: before calling, write a message to "Santa Claus" what you did with the child just now, what they played so that when communicating with the baby "Santa Claus" would mention this and amaze the child that he sees everything.
