A person's sisters and brothers can influence the desire to tie the knot, divorce, or have a child.

Scientists from the University of Cologne (Germany) have proved that sisters and brothers influence each other's family life. After analyzing 4,521 people, he published his findings in a scientific journal ScienceDirect
The chances that a sister or brother decides to marry are increased if the person's brother / sister is married. It is possible that we are talking about psychological pressure on the child from the family.
But if everything is more or less clear with the conclusion of marriage, then the situation with divorce is more complicated. Divorce is a great stress for a person, a leap into the unknown, painful and acute. However, even in this case, a person's decision is influenced by how his brother or sister lives, how happy or not he is with a partner.
The desire to have a baby is rather short-term, reaching its peak three years after the nephew is born.

As the lead author of the study, Zafer Bukkezzi, noted, scientists were able to confirm that the process of creating family is closely related to some family members, namely brothers and sisters (the age difference is not so important).
