But everything that happens is not a reason to lose heart. Stress weakens the immune system, so we will look for the positive in this situation and remain calm.

So what's good about pandemic and quarantine.

1. You are finally wondering how many germs you bring with your purchases.

How was it before? They brought packages, disassembled the products, not always even washed their hands after that. Now the package and all the contents are being disinfected, but I don't even want to look at loose unpackaged products.

But they had sneezed and coughed on them before, touched them with their hands - but whoever wanted to think about it, a lot of them bought them and ate them like that, if we are talking, for example, about baking, cookies.

2. You began to appreciate the little joys that you had before.

Visiting and going to the cinema may have been a rarity, but still it was, and now it is not.

Maybe you do not suffer from isolation (for mothers nothing has changed in the maternity leave), but the very opportunity to freely go where you want, you begin to appreciate even more 

3. You have the opportunity to change your profession and master a new one.

For some it is voluntary, for many it is forced. If you cannot continue to work due to quarantine, you need to change the field of activity.

The world has stopped, but not quite. This means that instead of 1000 excuses, you can always find 1000 opportunities and a new job.

4. You are experiencing a historic moment.

And most importantly, you are not just a witness to great events - even if it is a crisis and events in many ways sad - you are a surviving witness. And this is already a reason for joy.

5. You become more resourceful and flexible.

How to diversify the family's diet if there is mainly one buckwheat in the house? How to entertain and educate children who are constantly at home? What to do with nails and hair coloring?

Every day you find a million ways to get comfortable in this new reality and not go crazy. The more you invent and invent, your brain works better and more actively.

And you will come out of quarantine savvy and ready for any difficulties in life. Have experienced it - you are all experiencing.

6. You constantly remember the finiteness of life and value it more.

On the one hand, it worries and drives you into stress, on the other hand, every day you want to live like your last, nothing more to postpone for later, do here and now, appreciate loved ones, give them love and care, talk to them, hug them, fulfill their and their dreams, right here and right now.

Down with procrastination if tomorrow may not come.
