Probably no one would argue that a well-groomed woman at any age looks great. Our facial skin needs daily care.
Of course, you can find a lot of skin care products on store shelves, but I prefer natural face masks that you can easily prepare yourself.
My face skin is problematic and not every remedy suits him. Therefore, you have to look for options that not only nourish the skin, but also smooth out fine wrinkles.
One of my favorite masks is oatmeal. I like the fact that the flakes can be mixed even with honey, even with sour cream, the main thing is to take the flakes cheap, unpeeled. The effect is better.
But for my skin, I make a mask a little differently.
In a porcelain bowl, I mix equal amounts of blue clay and oatmeal (it is advisable to grind them in a coffee grinder into flour). I fill it all with hot chamomile broth. You should get a thick creamy mass without lumps.
Apply the mask to cleansed and pre-steamed face and keep for about 10 minutes.
