Turkish Pizza Pide: easy recipe from Hasmik Gasparyan

Winner of season 6 MasterShef Hasmik Gasparyan, has shared an easy and tasty recipe "Pide" Turkish pizza.

"Pide" - a Turkish national pizza, tortilla dough in the shape of the boat. Baked yeast dough with various fillings. "Pide" is ideal for both the holiday table, or just a family dinner.

INGREDIENTS:

250g lamb shoulder blade
640g flour
Eggs 2 pcs.
Tomato 1 pc.
Onion 1 pc.
Dry yeast 11g
Sour cream (15%) 60 ml
Oil 80 ml
Sugar 25 g
garlic 1zubchik
Dried thyme 3g
15 g Salt
Black pepper 3g
Water 145 ml

PREPARATION Step by step
