It is with such order made by the Cabinet of Ministers.The government has offered to work out a few days before and after the holidays for a large-scale output in the celebrations themselves.
January 1, 2020 is the official weekend. New Year's Day falls on Wednesday, but the Ukrainians will walk well on Tuesday and Monday - 31 and 30 December, respectively. These two working days will be tested tentatively on Saturday 21 December and Saturday 28 December.
Thus the New Year 2020 we are likely to get the right output 4 - 29 December, Sunday to Wednesday, January 1, inclusive.
The situation is similar to Christmas 2020.January 7 falls on Tuesday, so Monday will also be a weekend (this day will have to work on Saturday, January 11). So the Christmas holiday will last from 4 January, Saturday, 7 January, Tuesday.
