Ingredients

  • turkey fillet - 1 kg
  • Coconut milk - 400 ml

  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
  • Ginger root
  • Lemon 1 piece.
  • Fish sauce - 2-4 tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil
  • Basil

Cooking method

1. Turkey cut into small pieces and fried in a deep frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown.
