1.Bake your own bread or buy a ready-made, it can be a round loaf of bread, a loaf of small square or large rolls for small portions.

2. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, put on fire and cook until done, do not forget to add salt.

3.Heat the pan, pour a little oil and fry the sliced ​​onions.

4. Champignons or any other mushrooms Wash and slice if mushrooms are small, simply cut in half.

5. By fried mushrooms, add the mushrooms, salt and pepper, add dried herbs or other spices to suit your taste. Fry until cooked.

6. With boiled potatoes, drain the water in a separate container.

7.In the bowl of a blender add the potatoes, mushrooms (few pieces of fried mushrooms aside) pour in the cream and kill the well.

8. Soup pour back into the pot, adjust the density using the remaining potato broth. The remaining mushrooms cut into small cubes and send in a saucepan, bring to a boil. At this stage you can also dosolit soup to your liking.
