Gingerbread cake with different ingredients - tasty, hearty and healthy.
Gingerbread, depending on the filling contain fructose, glucose, organic acids, vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E, essential oils, fiber, iron, potassium and folic acid.
Ingredients that are part of the cake:
- Gingerbread, preferably from "Kyivkhlib - 600
- Bananas - 5 pieces.
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Sour cream 20% - 600
- Icing sugar, to taste.
A method for preparing a cake of cakes:
- Sour cream mixed with powdered sugar.
- Walnuts chopped with a knife.
- Bananas cut into slices.
- Gingerbread cut into two parts. 2-3 sticks leave, to sprinkle the cake.
- Cover the bowl with cling film.
- At the bottom of the bowl put a few pats of gingerbread.
- Lubricate 2-3 tablespoons sour cream, then slices of bananas and walnuts.
- Repeat. Put another layer.
- Close the top of the cling film.
- Harvesting in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
- Then take out the cake from the refrigerator, remove the top 12. plastic wrap, take a serving platter, put on the cake and flip and cake on our plate.
- Remove the plastic wrap, grease the sides and top of cake with sour cream.
- Sprinkle the gingerbread cake.
- Put in the fridge for another hour.
