  • Breathe through your mouth.

  • If there are no other injuries, bend forward and pinch your nostrils to stop the bleeding. Throwing your head back is wrong!
  • Apply a cold compress to your nose to reduce pain and swelling.
  • If the pain is severe and does not go away, and you have to wait for medical attention, take a pain reliever. But later, the doctor or the ambulance team must be told about this.
