How to make a stylish lava lamp for your room: step by step instructions
The lava lamp known to many is a very popular element of the interior, which is much easier to make at home than we think.
Lava lamp - excellent way diversify your room and make it brighter and more aesthetic. The main thing is to show a little desire and diligence.
You will need:
- plastic bottle
- water
- vegetable oil
- liquid or dry dye of any color
- vitamin C
Instructions step by step:
- Take a plastic bottle and pour two-thirds of the water into it.
- You can choose a bottle of any shape or volume. Alternatively, you can opt for a glass jar.
- Then add vegetable oil to the water.
- In order for it to mix well with water, you need to carefully pour it along the wall. The best way to do this is to use a funnel.
- If you are using liquid dye, it is best to dilute it in water beforehand. If it is dry, then it must be poured into a container.
- Add a couple of vitamin C tablets to the water.
- When it comes into contact with carbon dioxide, bubbles will begin to escape through the oil, and also carry water with them.
- Place any flashlight or light source under or behind the bottle.
- The lava lamp is ready.
