Ingredients:

  • extra oat flakes - 500 g;
  • kefir - 200 ml;
  • a mixture of nuts with dried fruits - half a glass;
  • honey - 60 ml;
  • vanillin, cinnamon.

Cooking method:

  1. Often these desserts can be made by adding oatmeal.
  2.  Pour the flakes with kefir.
  3.  Leave them on for an hour.
  4. Use extra oatmeal, but quick-boil flakes won't work for you.
  5. Add dried fruit with crushed nuts and honey.
  6. Mix them thoroughly.
  7. Then add the vanilla and cinnamon.
  8. Roll out the dough into small balls.
  9. Then flatten. You should have a round cookie.
  10. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  11. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  12. Then put the mold on for 25-30 minutes.
