What to cook on a losing weight diet: oatmeal cookies
Do not forget that losing weight can be not only healthy, but also delicious.
The main thing is to pay a little attention to your diet food and add healthy sweets to it.
Ingredients:
- extra oat flakes - 500 g;
- kefir - 200 ml;
- a mixture of nuts with dried fruits - half a glass;
- honey - 60 ml;
- vanillin, cinnamon.
Cooking method:
- Often these desserts can be made by adding oatmeal.
- Pour the flakes with kefir.
- Leave them on for an hour.
- Use extra oatmeal, but quick-boil flakes won't work for you.
- Add dried fruit with crushed nuts and honey.
- Mix them thoroughly.
- Then add the vanilla and cinnamon.
- Roll out the dough into small balls.
- Then flatten. You should have a round cookie.
- Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Then put the mold on for 25-30 minutes.
