More recently, on my channel, I talked about how my father managed to cure nail fungus using decoction of bay leaves.Judging by the Likes (for which a special thank you) and by the attendance, it is clear that this problem worries many.
Therefore, I decided to prepare another article on this topic, only the treatment of the fungus this time will be coffee.
I want to note right away that I read the method in one of the healthy lifestyle newspapers. The method of treatment was shared by a conscript guy who caught the fungus in the army.
According to him, not only the nails were injured, but also the foot. Cracks appeared between the fingers, there was severe itching, the nails were peeling.
Freshly ground natural coffee helped him to cope with the fungus.
You will need to dissolve 5 tablespoons of coffee in a liter of boiling water. As the coffee cools down to a tolerable temperature, dip your feet into it and steam for 20 - 30 minutes.
Then dry your feet without washing, put on cotton socks and go to bed. In the morning, wash your feet with cold water and laundry soap.
Do such procedures daily in the evenings and after about a month the fungus will recede.
Also during treatment and 2 weeks after recovery, it is important to follow the rules of hygiene:
1. Try to treat shoes every day from the inside with alcohol or vinegar.
2. At work, have removable shoes in which the foot breathes. If the legs are sweating and cramped, this is the most favorable environment for the reproduction of fungal spores.
3. Never wear someone else's shoes.
4. Wash socks daily with household use. soap.
5. Thoroughly wash the containers in which the foot procedures were performed.
